The Jazz Station is a listening room. Phones are to be silenced and please limit your conversation during the performance so everyone can enjoy the show!
- All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Before purchasing tickets, carefully review your event date, time and pricing for accuracy.
- Event Cancelled/Postponed by The Jazz Station. In the event we have to cancel a performance, we will first attempt to reschedule the artist to a later date, and we will automatically transfer your tickets to that new date. If you are unable to attend on the new date, tickets may be transferred to a different show of your choice (of equal or lesser value).
- Online ticket purchases close one hour before showtime. However, if the show is NOT sold out, and tickets remain, they can be purchased directly at the venue box office door.
